Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield - Remove Gmail™ Account

Removing then re-adding your Gmail account often fixes login and not receiving email issue.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts (Personal section).
  2. Tap Google.
  3. From the Accounts section, tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap Menu Menu (located in the upper-right) then tap Remove.
  5. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
