Reset App - Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield

If your device crashes, resets itself or freezes, it may be caused by apps and this info may help.

Note Personal data such as browser bookmarks and other customized app settings can be backed up to Google's servers.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Application manager (Device section).
  2. Locate then tap the app name (e.g., Cloud).
  3. Tap Force stop.
  4. Tap OK to confirm.
  5. Tap Storage.
  6. Tap CLEAR DATA.
    Note This option may not be available for some apps.
    Note Resetting an app or clearing data storage may delete saved info within the app (e.g., calendar events may be lost).
  7. Tap OK to confirm.
