Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync) Server Settings - Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield

To configure corporate email server settings (e.g., password, Exchange server, etc.), follow these steps.

Note Contact the Exchange or IT administrator for assistance with server info and credentials.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Tap the Apps Icon > Settings Tap Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap Corporate.
  3. Tap Account Settings.
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap Incoming server settings.
  6. Ensure the appropriate info is entered into the following fields:
    • Domain\Username
    • Password
    • Exchange server
