Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Sync Settings - Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield

To adjust the sync frequency settings for your corporate email, view this info.

  • Available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.

 

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Tap the Apps Icon > Settings Tap Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap Corporate.
  3. Tap Account settings.
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Configure the appropriate info (e.g., Sync email, Sync contacts, etc.) tap the setting to turn it on On Switch or off Off Switch.
