Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield - Email Account Signature Settings

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Tap the Apps Icon > Email Email Icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu Icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap the appropriate email address (below "General settings").
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap Signature.
  6. Select an option.
    • Account signature
    • Common signature
    • None
  7. To edit the signature:
    1. Tap the appropriate signature settings icon.
    2. Enter the signature then tap OK.
