ensure the child device is powered off prior to adding or removing blocks, restrictions, limits, etc.
Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
From the My Verizon app, tap the Menu icon (upper-left).
Tap Verizon Smart Family.
Select the appropriate mobile number.
Tap Limit minutes.
From the Minutes field, enter the amount of minutes (e.g., 100, 1000, etc.).
Tap the following 'Alert me when the limite is reached...' switch to turn on or off then tap Set limit.
The switch color may differ from the example depicted below.
If not visible, tap OK on the keypad to close it.
If off, the user is restricted from making calls (except emergency 911) upon reaching the specified limit.
