Windows® 10 - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

Note If your device isn't running Windows 10, refer to the Windows 8 instructions.

  1. From the Windows desktop, navigate: Start Start menu icon > Settings icon Settings icon (lower-left) > Accounts > Email & app accounts.
    Note Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select on-screen options.
  2. From the right-pane, tap the account to remove then tap Manage.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. From the prompt, select Delete to confirm.
