Note Tech Coach Need-to-Know Info:

  • Included free for 2 years (requires active tablet data plan).
  • Call or chat with a Tech Coach right from your tablet for tech support for your tablet and any app, service or smart accesory it connects with.
    Note Tech Coaches can remotely view your tablet and even draw on it to explain features and capabilities of your tablet.
  • English and Spanish support and other on-demand translation services are available.
  • Includes proactive notifications and Tech Coach content delivered right to your tablet based on topics relevant to you.

From a Home screen, tap Chat or Call from the Tech Coach widget.
Press Chat or Call

Initiate a Chat

  1. From the 'Type your question' field, enter a question.

  2. Tap Chat.
    Tap Chat
  3. To end the chat session:
    1. Tap the X icon (located in the upper-right of the chat window).
      Tap the X icon
    2. When prompted with 'Do you want to end this session?', tap YES.
      Tap Yes


Initiate a Call

  1. Wait for the call to connect with a representative.
