Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 - Email Account Password and Server Settings

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Email.
  2. Tap the Email Menu icon Email Menu icon (located in the upper-left).
  3. Tap the Settings icon Email Settings icon.
  4. Tap the desired email account (located at the top).
  5. Under the Advanced settings section, tap Exchange server settings.
  6. Edit any of the following then tap Done (located at the bottom):
    Note The available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.
    • Domain\Username
    • Password
    • Exchange/POP3/IMAP Server
      Note If you're not sure what your server info is, here are some common personal email server addresses. Contact your email provider if additional assistance is needed or your server info isn't listed.
    • Security type
      Note If applicable, tap the Dropdown menu Dropdown menu icon to select security type.
    • Use secure connection (SSL)
      Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    • Use client certificate
      Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  7. Tap Security options (if available).
  8. Edit any of the following then tap DONE (located in the upper-right):
    Note The available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.
    • Encrypt outgoing email
    • Encryption algorithm
    • Sign all outgoing emails
    • Sign algorithm
    • Email encryption cert
    • Email signing cert
    • Security policy list
