Lock the Device
Unlock the Device

To lock the device:

1. Select the Start menu icon .
   Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select the on-screen options.
   • Select the user account name located in the upper-left of the Start menu.
     
     • Select Lock.
       

If using a keyboard, you can also press ctrl+alt+delete then select Lock.

To unlock the device:

1. If necessary, press the Power button (located on the left edge).
   
2. If necessary, swipe up or double-click to dismiss the lock screen.
3. If necessary, select the appropriate user account then enter the password.
