Wear24™ - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

A factory data reset may help with a blank or frozen screen, apps crashing or freezing, touchscreen problems, can't hear, device making noises, can't make or receive calls, and device won't sync.

Caution Performing a factory data reset removes all data from the device. Only perform a reset if absolutely necessary.

Note An alternate reset method is available if the device can not be powered on and is unresponsive.

  1. From the Home screen, press the Power button to display the menu.

  2. Tap Settings.

  4. Tap Disconnect & reset.

  5. Review the disclaimer then tap the Check mark icon Check mark icon to confirm.
    Note Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    Note If applicable, set up your device.
