Wear24™ - Install Device Software Update

Note To perform the steps below, one of the following is required:

  • The watch must have an active data connection or Wi-Fi connection but not be actively connected to the companion smartphone via Bluetooth.
    Note Wi-Fi is the recommended method.
  • The companion smartphone must have an active Wi-Fi connection and be actively connected to the watch via Bluetooth.

  1. From the Home screen, press the Power button to display the menu.
    Note The Power button is located on the right edge.

  2. Tap Settings Settings icon.
  3. Tap System System icon.
  4. Tap About About icon.
  5. Tap System updates.
    Note If the watch isn't connected via one of the methods listed at the top, an error message may appear.
  6. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install.
    Note This may include placing the watch on the charger.
