  • Calls to US numbers are not billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
  • Calls to international numbers are billed according to your international long distance plan.
  • No data charges apply for video calls over Wi-Fi.

T49G

  1. To place a video call:
    1. From the display screen, tap the Keypad icon Dialer icon.
    2. Enter the desired 10-digit number.
      Caution Do not prefix the dialed number with a 9? as is currently required with a traditional PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system. If a 9? is accidentally added, the call fails and the caller receives an error recording.
    3. From the display screen, tap Video.
      Note The called party must accept video sharing. If the call is accepted as a voice call, they can add video sharing after call has been answered.

  2. To place a video call from contacts or history:
    1. Tap History or Contacts.
    2. From the display screen, tap Video.

  3. To upgrade an audio call to video during an active voice call, tap Start Sharing.

  4. To stop video during a video call, tap Stop Sharing.
    Note This action does not downgrade the call to an audio call for both parties. It stops the outgoing video stream from the T49G. The incoming video stream is still available on T49G screen.

  1. To place a video call:
    1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:

      • Enter the desired number.
      • Tap the line key then enter the desired number
    2. Tap Video Call.

  2. To upgrade an audio call to video during an active voice call, swipe the soft key area left then tap Add Video.
  3. To stop video during a video call, tap Audio Only; this stops the video for both parties.
    Note Alternately, to stop transmitting video but still receive the other party's video, swipe down from the top of the video call screen then tap Video.
