Set Up Verizon LTE Internet and Home Phone - Desk Phone - One Talkā„ 

Note LTE Routers aren't recommended for high levels of simultaneous data usage and voice calling. For example, streaming video over the internet at the same time calls are in progress may result in dropped calls or diminished call quality.

  1. Ensure you activate and set up the Verizon LTE Internet and Home Phone.
  2. Ensure the LTE router is connected to 4G LTE network and the signal strength shows at least 3 bars.
    Note Signal strength of less than 3 bars isn't recommended under any conditions for One Talk service.

  3. Connect the One Talk devices.
    Note One Talk mobile clients use the Wi-Fi connection.

  4. Select the desk phone model to complete the installation & setup process:

T41 Setup

  1. Attach the desk mount stand.

  2. Connect the headset.
    Note The wireless headset adapter and headset are sold separately.

  3. Connect the AC power source.
  4. The Desk phone begins the initialization process.
    Note The process may take up to 15 minutes.

  5. After a successful activation, the 911 notification screen displays. Press OK.

      1. From the desk phone display, navigate: Settings > Basic > Wi-Fi.
      2. Tap On.
      3. Select an available wireless network from the list of networks.
      4. If the network is secure, enter the password in the PIN field.
      5. Tap OK to connect.
  7. The Desk phone begins the initialization process.

  1. Connect the AC power source.
  2. If preferred, connect a USB flash drive to record and play back.
    Note The USB flash drive is sold separately.
  3. Connect the optional expansion microphone(s).
    Note Optional CPE80 Conference Microphone extenders can be purchased separately for use in larger conference rooms. Up to two expansion microphones can be connected to the IP conference phone.

CP920

  1. Connect the power and wired network.
    Note You have two options for network and power connections. Your system admin will advise you which one to use.

    Note You can also connect to a Wi-Fi network after startup. Refer to Step 3 for more information.
  2. Connect the optional USB flash drive (for use with the USB Call Recording feature).

    Caution The IP phone should be used with Yealink original power adapter (12V/1A) only. If inline power (PoE) is provided, you don't need to connect the power adapter. Make sure the hub/switch is PoE compliant.
  3. Configuring Wi-Fi via the user interface:
    1. Press the Menu soft key and select Settings > Basic > Wi-Fi.
    2. Press the Switch soft key to turn Wi-Fi on.
    3. Press the Save soft key.The phone automatically searches for available Wi-Fi networks in your area.
    4. Select an available wireless network from the list of available network(s).
    5. Press the Connect soft key to connect to the wireless network.
    6. If the network is secure, enter its password in the Password field then tap the OK soft key.
  4. Startup:
    1. After the IP phone is connected to the network and supplied with power, it automatically begins the initialization process.
