Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8+ - Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Notification Settings

View this info if you're not getting notifications for your corporate email.

  1. From a Home screen, touch and swipe up or down to display all apps.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon > Accounts.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync icon.
    Note If you have multiple accounts, select the appropriate account.
  4. Tap Sync account.
  5. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., password, domain\username, etc.) then tap SAVE.
