Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8+ - Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Data Usage Settings

  1. From a Home screen, touch and swipe up or down to display all apps.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon > Accounts.
  3. Tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync icon.
  5. Tap Email settings.
  6. Tap the appropriate account.
  7. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Download over Wi-Fi, Download file size, etc.).
