Push to Talk Plus - Dispatch Console - Create Contact Group

  1. Log in to My Business or Verizon Enterprise Center.
  2. Navigate: Manage Account > View All.
    click view all
  3. From the product tools list click Push to Talk.
  4. From the 'Groups' tab, enter the new group name then click Create.

  5. Click the Type dropdown then select Dispatch.

  6. Click Select Contacts.
  7. Click the appropriate 'PTT+ for Dispatch' contact(s) then click Done.
    Note Selected when a check mark Check mark is present.

  8. Review the members (contacts) then click Create.
