Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Data Usage Settings - Samsung Galaxy J3 Eclipse / Galaxy J3 Mission

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts > Accounts.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync icon.
  4. Tap Email settings.
  5. Tap the appropriate account.
  6. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Download over Wi-Fi, Download file size, etc.).
