Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Signature Settings - Samsung Galaxy J3 Eclipse / Galaxy J3 Mission

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts > Accounts.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync icon.
  4. Tap Email settings.
  5. Tap the appropriate account.
  6. If you have multiple accounts, tap your Exchange account.
  7. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Signature) then tap SAVE.
