Samsung Galaxy J3 Eclipse / Galaxy J3 Mission - Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > General Management > Reset.
  3. Tap Reset network settings.
  5. If applicable, enter the PIN, password, fingerprint, or pattern then tap RESET SETTINGS again to confirm.
  6. Press the Home button Home key icon to go back to the main screen.
