If using a Macintosh computer, additional software is required in order to transfer files.

Connect the device to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
If necessary, touch and hold the Status bar (area at the top of the phone screen with the time, signal strength, etc.) then drag to the bottom.
Tap the Menu icon.
Tap USB connection.
Tap Media Sync or tap Mass Storage.
The device must contain a memory card, which can be purchased at any Verizon Wireless retail store or at the online store, to utilize the Mass Storage option. Refer to Insert SD Card for assistance.
From the computer, launch Windows Explorer / Finder.
For Windows Explorer, press the Windows+E ( +E) keys using the computer keyboard.
For Finder, click the Finder icon located on the dock.
Using Windows Explorer / Finder, navigate to Removable Disk (X:).
Removable Disk (X:) represents the SD Card installed in the device. This name may vary.
Utilize the computer to copy files from the following folders to the desired location on the computer's hard drive:
