Common Camera Settings - Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

Note For additional info on camera settings, refer to the Camera and Video section of the user guide.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Camera icon Camera icon (located at the bottom).
    Note If not available, swipe up or down from the center of a Home screen then tap Camera.
  2. For general camera settings, tap the Camera Settings icon Camera Settings Icon (upper-right).
  3. From the Default screen, swipe right.
  4. Select an option:

Auto

Tap the Auto icon to allow the camera to evaluate the surroundings and determine the ideal mode for the picture.

Pro

Tap the Pro icon to manually adjust the ISO sensitivity, exposure value, white balance, and color tone.

Panorama

Tap the Panorama icon to create a linear image by taking pictures in either horizontal or vertical direction.

Continuous Shot

Tap the Continuous shot icon to take pictures continuously by touching and holding the camera button.

HDR (Rich Tone)

Tap HDR to allow the camera to change the light sensitivity and color depth features to produce a brighter and richer picture.

Hyperlapse

Tap the Hyperlapse icon to create time-lapse videos.

Tap the Food icon to optimize the camera mode for taking photos of food.

  • Auto flash
  • Flash
  • Flash off
