Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Sync Settings - Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

To adjust the sync frequency settings for your corporate email, view this info.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap Email.
  3. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left) then tap the Gear icon Gear icon.
  4. From the Accounts section, select the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Sync schedule, Folders to sync, Email sync period , etc.).
