Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
From the right pane, select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal (IMAP), etc.).
If necessary, tap the appropriate email address.
Multiple accounts may appear.
Review the notification then tap
