Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.

Navigate: Settings
> Accounts (left pane) > Accounts (right pane).

Select the appropriate corporate email address.
Multiple accounts may appear.

Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.

Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
