Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Sync Settings - moto z2 play

  • Available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.

 

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Arrow icon arrow icon to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > User & accounts Users & accounts settings icon > Corporate Corporate email icon.
  3. Tap Account settings.
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
    Note The available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.
  5. From the DATA USAGE section, configure the appropriate info.
    • Download attachments
    • Sync over Wi-Fi
    • Disable sync while roaming
    • Save a copy in sent items.
      Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
