Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - moto e4

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  3. Tap Corporate.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu (located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. To confirm, tap Remove account.
