Note Notes:

  • The Do not disturb feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.

Change Do Not Disturb Setting

Manage Priority Interruptions

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Sound.
  3. Tap Do not disturb.
    Note To change the Do not disturb setting, follow these steps.
  4. Tap Priority only allows.
  5. Tap any of the following switches to turn on Switch on or off Switch off:
    • Reminders
    • Events
    • Repeat callers
  6. Tap either of the following then select an option (e.g., From anyone, From contacts only, etc):
    • Messages
    • Calls
  7. Tap the Back icon Back icon (located at the bottom-left) then tap Automatic rules.
  8. Tap any of the following then configure as desired (e.g., Rule name, Start time, etc.):
    • Weekend
    • Weeknight
    • Event
    • Add rule

Change Do Not Disturb Setting

  1. Swipe down twice from the top of a Home screen.
  2. To change to Do not disturb, tap the current setting (Total silence, Alarms only, Priority only) once. Otherwise, tap twice, then:

    Swipe down
    1. Tap the preferred setting (Total silence, Alarms only, Priority only).
    2. Select one of the following:
      • Until you turn this off
      • For one hour
        Note Increase or decrease this time frame using the Add icon or Subtract icon icons (located to the right).
    3. Tap Done (located in the lower-right).
