My Verizon app (Prepaid) - Data Hub

Note Notes:

  • App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered $40, $50, $60, $70 and $80 smartphone plans.
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android® devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.

  1. If needed, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android & iOS.
  2. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  3. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-left) then tap Data Hub.

  4. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then tap Sign in.
  5. Select one of the following tabs:

Overview

  1. Review total monthly data including active purchased Data Boosts.

  2. To change your plan:
    1. Tap Get more data.
      Note If you don't want to change your plan, you can purchase a Data Boost to add extra data for the current billing cycle.
    2. Tap Upgrade plan then tap Next.
    3. Review available plans then tap Select to choose a new plan.

    4. From the Auto Pay offer screen select an option:
      • Not now
      • Set up Auto Pay
        Note To continue, tap I agree to the Terms and Conditions.
    5. Review your new plan details then tap Purchase.

Details

  1. Tap the Details tab.
  2. Tap an option (e.g., Data, Minutes, Text messages) to review your usage details for this cycle.

International

Note You can add or remove international plans at any time but can only have 1 international plan at a time.

  1. Tap the International tab.
  2. Tap Explore plans.
  3. Choose the type of plan you want then tap Next:
    • A calling plan
    • A travel plan
  4. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password, then tap Sign in.
  5. If 'A calling plan' was selected:
    1. Review available plans then tap Select to choose a plan.

    2. To continue, tap I agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap Purchase.

    3. Tap Confirm.
  6. If 'A travel plan' was selected:
    1. Review the TravelPass info then tap Next.
    2. Select your travel destination from the dropdown menu then tap Next.
    3. Enter the number of days of travel then tap Next.
    4. To continue, tap I agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap Enable.
    5. Tap Confirm.
