Manually Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - moto z2 play

Note Contact your Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server info and credentials.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Arrow icon arrow icon to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Users & accounts Users & Accounts Settings icon
  3. Tap Add account add icon.
  4. Tap Corporate.
  5. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap MANUAL SETUP (located in the lower-left).
  6. Tap EXCHANGE.
  7. Enter the appropriate password then tap Next Next icon(lower-right).
  8. Ensure that the appropriate info is entered into the following fields then tap Next:
    • SERVER
    • PORT
  9. If presented with a Remote security administration prompt, tap OK to confirm.
  10. Configure the account options (e.g., Sync frequency, etc.) as necessary then tap Next.
  11. If presented with an Activate device administrator screen, tap Activate.
    Note Follow the on-screen steps to complete the applied security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption).
    Note Device encryption can exceed 60 minutes. If prompted, connect your phone to a charging device to begin (battery charge must be at 80% or greater).
  12. If desired, enter an account name then tap Next.
