My Verizon app (Prepaid) - Manage International Calling Plan

Here's how to manage your international calling plan from the My Verizon app (Prepaid).

Note Notes:

  • App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered $40, $50, $60, $70 and $80 smartphone plans.
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to sign in and manage your account.
  • Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Member).

  1. If needed, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android® & iOS.
  2. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  3. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-left) then tap Account.

  4. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then tap Sign in.
  5. Tap My Plan.

  6. Tap the International Calling tab.
    Line note International calling plans are used when in the U.S. calling other countries, not when traveling internationally.
  7. Tap Explore plans.

  8. Tap Select to choose the appropriate plan.

  9. To continue, tap I agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap Purchase.

  10. Tap Confirm.
    Line note Changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
