My Verizon app - Request Account Manager Access

Here's how to request Account Manager access on the My Verizon app if you're an Account Member.

Note Notes:

  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to sign in and manage your account.
  • A maximum of 3 Account Managers are allowed per account.

  1. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Account.
  3. Tap Account Settings.
  4. Tap Request manager access (at the bottom).
  5. Enter your account credentials then tap Next.
  6. Tap Send request.
