Turn Voice & Video On / Off - HD Voice - moto z2 force edition

Caution Caution:

  • HD Voice isn't recommended if you use a 1X/3G Network Extender or a TTY/TDD device.
  • HD Voice on the smartphone must be turned on if you use a 4G Network Extender.
  • If located in Alaska, it's not recommended to turn off HD Voice for troubleshooting purposes as it causes the device to roam off the Verizon Wireless network.

 

Note Notes:

  • HD Voice calling requires both parties to be in Verizon 4G LTE coverage area, have HD voice capable devices and be provisioned for HD Voice to do simultaneous voice and data.
  • HD Voice is included in existing voice plans and minutes are billed as regular voice calls.
  • HD Voice must be added to the account for it to appear as an option on the device.

 

  1. Ensure HD Voice is activated.
  2. From a Home screen, tap the Arrow icon Arrow icon to display all apps.
  3. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Network & Internet Network and Internet icon > Advanced Calling.
  4. Tap the Advanced Calling switch to turn on On icon or off Switch off.
  5. If presented, review the notification then tap OK to confirm.
