Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Notification Settings - moto z2 force edition

View this info if you're not getting notifications for your corporate email.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Arrow icon Arrow icon to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Users & accounts Users and accounts icon.
  3. Tap Corporate Email icon.
  4. Tap Account Settings.
  5. From the Notifications settings section, tap Email notifications to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  6. Tap Choose ringtone.
  7. Tap Vibrate to enable of disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  8. If needed, engage your Exchange/IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Notifications, Notification sound, etc.).
