Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Signature Settings - moto z2 force edition

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Arrow icon Arrow icon to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Users & accounts Users and accounts icon.
  3. Tap Corporate Email icon.
  4. Tap Account Settings.
  5. Tap the name of your email account.
  6. Tap Signature.
  7. If needed, engage your Exchange/IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Signature) then tap OK.
