Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Sync Settings - moto e4 plus™

To adjust the sync frequency settings for your corporate email, view this info.

  • For all advanced-level configuration and troubleshooting, contact your Exchange / IT admin for assistance.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  3. Tap Exchange.
  4. Tap Account settings.
  5. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  6. From the DATA USAGE section, configure the appropriate info (e.g., Sync email, Sync contacts, etc.)
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
