Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Signature Settings - moto e4 plus™

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  3. Tap Exchange.
  4. Tap Account settings.
  5. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  6. Tap Signature.
  7. Enter or edit the signature then tap OK.
