Manually Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - moto e4 plus™

For all advanced-level configuration and troubleshooting, contact your Exchange / IT admin for assistance.
Contact your Exchange / IT administrator for assistance with server info and credentials.
From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
Navigate: Settings > Accounts.
Tap Add account.
Enter your corporate email address then tap Manual setup (located in the lower-left).
Select the appropriate Account type (e.g., POP3, etc.).
Enter your corporate email password the tap the Next icon (located in the lower-right).
Ensure that the appropriate info is entered into the following fields:
If applicable, configure the following then tap the Next icon (located at the bottom):
Enabled when a check mark is present.
Use secure connection (SSL)
Use client certificate
If presented with a Remote security administration prompt, tap OK.
Configure the account options (e.g., Sync frequency, etc.) as necessary then tap the Next icon.
If presented with an 'Activate device administrator' screen, tap Activate.
If presented, set up a secure screen lock, select an option then tap Done (located in the lower-right):
Show all notification content
Hide sensitive notification content
Don't show notifications at all
If presented with an 'Encrypt phone' prompt, review the info then tap Encrypt phone.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the applied security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption).
Device encryption can exceed 60 minutes.
