Samsung Galaxy Note8 - Common Camera Settings

  1. From a Home screen, tap Camera Camera icon (lower-right).
    Note If not available, swipe up or down from the center of the display then tap Camera Camera icon.

  2. Tap the Settings icon.
    Tap Settings
  3. Select an option.
  4. Tap the Flash icon to select an option:
    • Off
    • Auto
    • On
    Tap the Flash Icon
  5. Tap the Rear or Front Facing Camera icon.

  6. From the Default screen, swipe right then tap Panorama Panorama Icon
    Note Use the Panorama feature to create a wide-angle image by taking pictures in either horizontal or vertical direction.

Picture Size

  1. Tap Picture Size.
    Tap Picture Size
  2. Select a file size (e.g., 4:3, 16:9, 18.5:9, etc.) then tap the back arrow (upper-left).
    Note Tap Save RAW and JPEG files to turn the feature on On Switch Icon and save each picture in both file types.

Tap Video Size then select a file size (e.g., UHD, QHD, 1:1, etc.).
