Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon Apps icon.
  2. From the Apps tab, navigate: Verizon Apps Folder Verizon Apps Folder icon > Voicemail Visual Voice Mail icon.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Avaiable)

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon Phone icon (lower-left).
    Note If not available, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Phone Phone icon.
  2. From the DIALER tab (upper-left), touch and hold the number 1.
    Note Alternatively, enter *86 (*VM) then tap the Phone icon.
  3. If prompted, enter the voicemail password then press the # key.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon Wireless Coverage Area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    Note If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Note If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
