Remove a Personal Email Account - ASUS ZenFone V

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
  2. Select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal (IMAP), etc.).
  3. If applicable, tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu (upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. To confirm, review the notification then tap Remove account.
