Verizon LTE Internet and Home Phone - Turn HD Voice On / Off

Note Notes:

  • The LTE Internet and Home Phone is compatible with Group 3 fax machines and home security systems when HD Voice is enabled.
  • You can view HD Voice status on the device LED screen and turn HD Voice on or off through the admin page.

  1. From the Admin page, click Settings.
  2. Click the Voice tab then click Continue.
  3. Click the checkbox next to 'Advanced Calling features' to turn on or off.
    Note Enabled when a checkmark is present.
    Note To check HD Voice status on the device's LED; navigate to 'Voice Signal' on the menu then look for 'VoLTE' under the heading.
