ZTE Blade™ Vantage - Add a Personal Email Account

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account.
  3. Tap the email account type (e.g., Google, Personal POP3, etc.).
  4. Enter the email address then tap Next.
    Note Remaining steps and options vary depending on the email type.
  5. Enter the password then tap the Sign In.
  6. If presented, tap the appropriate account type (e.g., POP3, IMAP, etc.).
    Note If not presented, skip to step 9, options vary depending on the email type.
  7. Enter the appropriate info (e.g., username, password, security type, etc.) then tap Next.
  8. Enter the appropriate info (e.g., SMTP server, port, security type, etc.) then tap Next.
    Note If you're not sure what your server info is, here are some common personal email server addresses. Contact your email provider if additional assistance is needed or your server info isn't listed.
  9. If presented with Terms and Conditions, tap Agree to continue.
  10. Choose from the desired account options (e.g., sync frequency, notifications, etc.) then tap Next.
    Note Depending upon the email account type, the available options may vary.
  11. Enter an account name if desired then tap the Next.
    Note If presented, ensure a name is entered for outgoing messages.
