Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - LG V30®

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon.
    Note These instructions apply to Home mode only
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange Microsoft exchange icon.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap Remove account.
  5. Tap REMOVE to confirm.
