User features (e.g. Call Forwarding) must be reconfigured.
Reset all user devices after the move (reboot deskphones & restart mobile apps).
Sign in to
From the Product Tools section, click
To navigate, mouse over each option.
Manage Group Numbers tab
Search for a user to move or select a group to display the list of users.
Select the group to move the user to.
Select the appropriate user to move from the list then click the
Create Group / Bulk Groups
