One Talkā„  Portal - Move Users between Groups

Note Notes:

  • User features (e.g. Call Forwarding) must be reconfigured.
  • Reset all user devices after the move (reboot deskphones & restart mobile apps).


  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. From the Product Tools section, click One Talk.
    Note To navigate, mouse over each option.

  4. Click Manage groups.

  5. Click the Manage Group Numbers tab.
  6. Search for a user to move or select a group to display the list of users.
  7. Select the group to move the user to.
  8. Select the appropriate user to move from the list then click the Move icon >.
