One Talk Portal - Move Users Between Groups

Note Notes:

  • User features (e.g., Call Forwarding, etc.) must be reconfigured.
  • Reset all user devices after the move (reboot desk phones & restart mobile apps).


  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. From the Product Tools section, click One Talk.
    Note To navigate, mouse over each option.

  4. From the 'I want to' section, click Manage group members.

  5. Check the box next to the number(s) to move then select a group from the 'Move to selected group' dropdown.

  6. Click Continue to confirm.
    Click Continue
