Shipping Mode - Hum by Verizon

If your speaker for either the Hum+ or Hum x models does not power on or connect to Bluetooth, view this info.

Note Notes:

  • The speaker is packaged with a full charge but is placed into 'shipping mode' to preserve the battery.
  • Use this info if your Hum speaker doesn't power on or successfully pair with a Bluetooth device.

 

To remove 'shipping mode,' slide the Power button on the speaker off and then back on again.
Note If the speaker still does not power on, place on the charger for at least 20 minutes and try again (full charge may take up to 6 hours).
