Pause or Resume Internet Connectivity - Verizon Smart Family™ - Website

Note To perform the steps below, content filters must be set up.

  1. From a computer visit Manage Verizon Smart Family.
    Line note If using a smartphone or tablet, refer to the Android® or Apple® iOS instructions.
  2. From the list of devices (at the top), ensure the appropriate mobile number (that the pause or resume should be applied to) is selected.
  3. From the left menu, click Content filters to expand.
  4. Click Browsing security.
  5. From the Browsing security screen, you can perform the following:
    • To suspend internet access until you choose to resume, tap Pause Internet (upper-right).
    • To restore internet access, tap Resume Internet (upper-right).
