Approve / Reject Account Manager Request - My Verizon app

Note Notes:

  • Only the Account Owner can complete this process.
  • A maximum of 3 Account Managers are allowed per account.  
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android® devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.

 

  1. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Account.
  3. Tap Account Settings.

  4. Tap the Controls tab (at the top) then tap Manager access requests.

  5. Tap the name of the person requesting access.
  6. Tap Approve or tap Reject.
    Note The requestor is sent a text message regarding the approval or denial of the request.
