Enable / Disable TravelPass® - My Verizon Website (Prepaid)

Here's how to enable or disable TravelPass from your My Verizon (Prepaid) online account.

Caution Once TravelPass is enabled, any international usage may incur the daily session charge; disabling TravelPass blocks international usage.

Note Notes:

  • You can also enable TravelPass by texting Travel to short code 4004.
  • Available settings vary based on user status (e.g., Account Owner, Account Member).

  1. Navigate to the Verizon Wireless website then click My Account from the Sign In dropwdown menu (located in the upper-right).
    To register, click Register then follow the step-by-step instructions.
  2. From the Sign in page, enter the user ID or 10-digit mobile number and password then click Sign in.
  3. From the left menu, click Features.
  4. Click the TravelPass switch to turn on (green) or off (gray).
    If a switch isn't displayed, from theTravelPass feature do the following:
    1. Click Start Now.
    2. Review the TravelPass compatibility and info.
    3. To continue, tap I agree to the Terms & Conditions.
    4. Tap Enable TravelPass.

  5. To continue, review the account changes then tap Confirm.
  6. From the confirmation page tap Done.
