Restrict Data Usage by App - Enact™ by LG

Caution Some apps depend upon background data (transferring data when not directly in use). Restricting background data may cause those apps to stop functioning unless a Wi-Fi connection is available.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (in the lower-right).
  2. From the Apps screen, tap Settings.
  3. From the WIRELESS & NETWORKS section, tap Mobile data.
  4. Tap an app (below the usage graph).
  5. Tap Restrict background data to enable or disable.
    Note You enable it with a blue check mark Check box icon.
  6. If presented, review the message then tap OK.
